Thunder Jet vs Ford F150

Hey there everyone! JR Boman from Battleground, WA had an interesting story to share with us. It seems one night someone in a Ford F150 truck hit the back of his 2004 20′ Luxor OB in his driveway. He was nice enough to send us some pictures of the boat and the truck right after it happened. This is what happens when a Ford F150 takes on a Thunder Jet Boat…

Truck Upside Down Against The Back Of The Boat

Above, we see the side of the truck where it hit the motor on the back of the boat and what it did to the truck. Below is another angle of the truck behind the boat. Hmm, is that a beer bottle on the ground?

Another Shot From Further Away

Ok, so we have seen what happens to the truck, but how did the Thunder Jet fair?

Motors & The Back Of The Boat
Seems the motors took a bit of damage, or at least one.

Here is a dent made on the port side of the platform.

And here we have a closeup of the aft, port side corner.

Summary of F150:

Truck is upside down, side is dented in and the truck is all messed up and probably totaled.

Summary of Thunder Jet:

Both trailer tail lights are broken, there is a dent in the corner of the platform and some scarring on the aft port side corner. Some motor damage and the boat stop on the front is bent and it broke the transom saver. Other than that the boat looks in good condition and runs.

Overall conclusion:

F150 - 0, Thunder Jet - 1.
