| Thunder Jet is pleased to announce completion and delivery of a 2009 18′ center console Sheriff Patrol vessel for the Clackamas County Sheriff Department for use on the Rogue River.
Based upon a modified version of the Denali model, this boat has an extremely shallow draft and will allow the Sheriff Patrol to navigate the very shallow and often quite crowded Rogue River without worry of bottom damage. This vessel is equipped with a full bottom coverage of our UHMW-PE Ocea-Poly which will enable this boat to traverse areas of the river where there is next to no water. Powered by a Mercury 200 SportJet this patrol boat can reach speeds well in excess of 50MPH ensuring that the Clackamas County Sheriff Patrol will always catch their man! I work for the local fire department in Clackamas and have had the opportunity to drive this boat. This is a nice boat that is fun to drive. The river the boat is mainly used on is the Clackamas River, not the Rogue. Keep up the great work!!!
